All clauses found in this policy are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) 2020.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to lodge a return on an item from the date you received your purchase. All returns must be shipped via Australia Post. To view a full list of return shipping options and pricing please visit the Australia Post website.
Please save all packaging materials and purchased items for return.
Damaged or soiled items are not eligible for returns and will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and/or labelling still attached (this includes any and all hygiene stickers provided on products).
Your item must be in or packaged with the original packaging provided and contain a physical copy of receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), returns, refunds and repairs will be honored for items deemed damaged due to seller error. However, no returns, refunds or repairs will be honored for change of mind or damaged incurred by the buyer.
Refunds will not be issued for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you directly that we have received your returned item. Upon completion of inspection, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit/debit card associated to original method of payment. While the process to initiate refunds is immediate, the allocated time with which you will receive the credit varies and will depend on your card issuer’s policies. Please contact your personal financial institution for more information on this.
Shipping
If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering payment of shipping costs.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable and, in the event you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping and cost of return shipping will be deducted from your overall refund credit.
